Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, curiosity, and genuine connection. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, gain insight into patterns that may no longer be serving them, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Morgan believes that every person’s story is unique and that healing begins with compassion, understanding, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Morgan specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping clients break free from patterns that leave them feeling stuck, reconnect with their values, and build lives that feel authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. Her goal is to empower clients to embrace their strengths, cultivate self-acceptance, and create lasting growth. Morgan is EMDR trained and tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. She integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (
ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, somatic-based practices, and other trauma-informed modalities. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing and values creating an individualized path that honors each client’s strengths, experiences, and goals. At Colorado Women’s Center, Morgan feels honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new possibilities for growth. She believes healing isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about reconnecting with the person you’ve always been beneath life’s experiences and learning to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. Outside of the therapy room, Morgan enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountains through hiking and skiing, getting lost in a good book, and finding any excuse to spend time with dogs. If you have a furry companion, they are welcome, and encouraged, to join you in session. Feel free to ask about bringing your dog during your first appointment.
