Colorado Women's Center is a self-pay, out-of-network practice. We chose that so no insurance company stands between you and the help you came for. Here's what it changes for you.

You set the goals.
What you work on, and for how long, is decided with your therapist. An insurance plan doesn't approve your sessions or cap how many you get.

You don't need a diagnosis to start.
You can come in because something feels off, without meeting a medical threshold first. If you submit for reimbursement, your insurer will need a diagnosis code on the superbill.

Your session notes stay private.
Your notes stay with your therapist. No insurance company reviews them to decide whether your care continues.

You're matched on fit.
Your Wellness Coordinator matches you on what you're looking for and each therapist's specialty. You aren't limited to whoever is on your plan's list.
You can still use your insurance. Here's how out-of-network reimbursement works.
We make getting reimbursed easy
We're an out-of-network practice, which means you pay upfront and your insurance reimburses you directly. Most clients with out-of-network benefits get 50–80% back. After each session, we send you a superbill. This is the document your insurance needs to process your reimbursement.
