Therapist & Counselor
Mallory Horning, MSW, MPH, SWC
Mallory holds a Bachelor of Social Work, a Master of Social Work, and a Master of Public Health from Colorado State University. At Colorado Women's Center, she creates a safe and empathetic environment where clients can work through life's challenges and find some steadiness.
She pays attention to the strengths and talents her clients may not see in themselves yet, and she offers support without judgment. Her specialties include self-worth, boundaries, relationship and communication difficulties, and trauma recovery.
Mallory also works with couples and families who want to communicate more clearly, set boundaries that hold, and repair the strain that builds up over time. She helps partners and family members understand the patterns driving recurring conflict, and she gives them practical ways to talk to each other when conversations get difficult. Whether she is meeting with one client or several, Mallory focuses on identifying tools that improve day-to-day well-being and support a more fulfilling life.
