Madison Sidwell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than five years of experience supporting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. She specializes in working with couples and has advanced training in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She is also pursuing advanced training in sex therapy, allowing her to further support clients in building relationships that feel healthy, connected, and fulfilling. Madison believes therapy is a collaborative process and feels honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate their unique experiences and goals. She creates a warm, welcoming space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, and their connection with themselves and others. Her approach is grounded in the
belief that meaningful healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. She tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based and experiential approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, somatic therapy, mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and supportive therapy. She believes each person is the expert in their own life and works collaboratively with clients to build on existing strengths, foster resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. At Colorado Women’s Center, Madison is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families cultivate deeper, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and one another. Her hope is that every client leaves therapy feeling more connected to their authentic self, equipped to navigate life’s challenges, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and intention.
