Therapist & Counselor
Lauren Quintana, SWC
Lauren Quintana, SWC earned her Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Clinical Behavioral Health from Colorado State University. She brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to therapy, with a focus on advocacy, empowerment, and healing.
Her work rests on the belief that relationships sit at the heart of meaningful change and that healing happens through curiosity, compassion, and connection. Lauren helps clients look at their past experiences and understand how those experiences shape the present, which makes room for intentional choices that lead to authentic, fulfilling lives.
That same emphasis on relationships extends to her work with couples and families. Lauren helps partners and family members understand the patterns behind recurring conflict and find ways to reconnect when distance has settled in.
She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Theory, to support self-discovery, self-acceptance, and resilience. Guided by the idea that “we’re all just walking each other home,” Lauren creates a nonjudgmental, strengths-based space where clients feel seen and heard.
