Lauren Quintana, SWC earned her Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Clinical Behavioral Health from Colorado State University. She brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to therapy, focusing on advocacy, empowerment, and healing. Lauren’s work is rooted in the belief that relationships are at the heart of meaningful change and that healing happens through curiosity, compassion, and connection. She helps clients explore their past experiences and understand how those experiences shape their present, supporting intentional choices that lead to authentic, fulfilling lives.
She integrates evidence-based approaches—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Theory—to support self-discovery, self-acceptance, and resilience. Lauren has a special focus on empowering women to make decisions that reflect their values and goals. Guided by the idea that “we’re all just walking each other home,” Lauren creates a nonjudgmental, strengths-based space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey.
