Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She provides trauma-informed therapy for adults, creating a compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Lauren is passionate about supporting women as they develop self-compassion, learn to trust their intuition, and build deeper connections with themselves and others. Lauren enjoys working with clients navigating life transitions, identity exploration, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she is dedicated to providing an inclusive, affirming environment where individuals of all identities feel safe, valued, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Lauren’s approach to therapy is grounded in
collaboration, authenticity, and genuine curiosity. She believes every client brings unique strengths and life experiences into the therapy room and works alongside them to build insight, foster resilience, and create meaningful change. Drawing from cognitive and mindfulness-based approaches, while also considering each client’s cultural and systemic experiences, Lauren tailors therapy to meet the individual needs and goals of every person she works with. Clients can expect to deepen their understanding of themselves while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-trust. Outside of the therapy room, Lauren enjoys hiking, running, reading, cooking, spending time with family, and her cat.
