Dr. Janelle O’Boyle serves as a Clinical Manager and therapist at Colorado Women’s Center in Boulder. With more than 30 years of clinical experience, she is dedicated to helping clients create meaningful change, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lives that feel more authentic and empowered. She provides a warm, supportive environment where clients can safely explore their experiences and work toward lasting growth. Janelle’s approach honors the individuality of each client and is informed by her extensive background in human development, family systems, and complex trauma. She thoughtfully integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, neuroscience-informed practices, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through this integrative approach, she helps clients navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions. At Colorado Women’s Center, Janelle works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and identities. She values creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that allows each client’s unique needs, values, and worldview to guide the healing process. Outside of her clinical work, Janelle enjoys watching movies, spending time in nature, traveling, and being with her family.
