Yazmine (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and a Trauma Certificate from the University of Denver. She brings a trauma-informed, person-centered, and holistic approach to her work, creating a welcoming and safe therapeutic space for women.
With experience supporting high-need individuals and families facing hardships such as trauma, behavioral health concerns, and criminal justice involvement, Yazmine has worked with clients of all ages. She specializes in helping those diagnosed with conditions like PTSD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, and more. She also
provides compassionate care for individuals who have experienced domestic violence, abuse, neglect, or family challenges due to addiction.
Yazmine uses evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to support healing and growth. At Colorado Women’s Center, she empowers women to embrace their strength, resilience, and capacity to overcome life’s challenges.
Outside of work, Yazmine enjoys reading, writing, crafting, and exploring small towns and coffee shops.
