Shawn has been with Colorado Women’s Center for over four years and offers virtual therapy to clients across Colorado. Shawn blends mindfulness-based and existential therapies to support clients as they navigate challenging times, face uncertainty, and search for deeper life purpose. She is excited to help clients find creative, but practical solutions calibrated to their unique needs and personalities.
Shawn is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, college students, and adults with anxiety,
burnout, and ADHD. Beyond focusing solely on symptom relief, Shawn helps clients explore empowerment, clarify values, and build a life that feels aligned and authentic in all areas of life.
Shawn has previous experience as a yoga teacher and personal trainer, which informs her approach of helping clients develop strong and sustainable self-care habits. She has additional training in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) and loves helping clients improve sleep quality so they can have the energy to live life to its fullest!
