Palmer holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and has experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life experiences and mental health diagnoses. No matter the circumstance, Palmer believes that the capacity for growth and healing resides within every person. Her role is to offer support, insight, and practical tools to help clients move toward their most authentic and empowered selves.
Palmer integrates the Gottman Method for couples and person-centered therapy for individuals, while also drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, inner-child work, and Gestalt techniques as needed. She is committed to helping each client discover their own strength and live a life that feels true, meaningful, and vibrant.
