Lindsey holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals in their journey toward healing and wholeness by fostering compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationships. Lindsey helps clients identify and understand unconscious patterns that may be limiting their growth, empowering them to cultivate greater self-awareness and transformation.
Integrating mindfulness practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Lindsey guides clients to explore and better understand the different “parts” of themselves—often represented by conflicting inner voices and emotions—that influence their behaviors and thoughts. By working compassionately with these parts, clients can achieve greater internal balance, harmony, and self-compassion.
Lindsey brings valuable experience supporting clients navigating various mental health concerns, addictions, and life transitions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her therapeutic approach honors each individual’s complexity and unique inner system, emphasizing emotional regulation, human development, attachment theory, neuroscience, family systems, and IFS. Lindsey believes strongly in meeting clients exactly where they are, trusting in their inherent capacity to heal, thrive, and grow.
She often reminds clients, “It starts with awareness and changes with compassion and practice.”
At Colorado Women’s Center, Lindsey offers individual and group psychotherapy services for clients of all ages and identities. Outside of her therapy practice, Lindsey enjoys spending time immersed in nature, reading, cooking, music, dance, and connecting with loved ones.
