Therapist & Counselor

Gina Gardner-Wood, MSW, LCSW

Gina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has called Colorado home since 2001. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Colorado in 2014.

Gina has worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings, supporting people through substance use challenges, domestic violence, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and life transitions. She is Level II trained in EMDR and in The Gottman Method, helping clients navigate relationship challenges with insight and care.

With a mindful, strength-based, and solution-focused approach, Gina creates a compassionate space where clients can feel heard, build resilience, and find practical tools for lasting growth. She helps clients feel empowered, aligned with their life goals, and guided through challenges. Gina has seen clients transform from surviving difficult experiences to reclaiming their strength and possibility. Her approach is warm and supportive, offering guidance with gentle firmness when needed.

When she’s not in session, Gina loves spending time with her family—including her two daughters—cheering on football games, and walking her two dogs.
