Therapist & Counselor

Cora Hoffman, MA, LPC

Cora brings over a decade of experience as a therapist, working with clients from adolescence through late adulthood who are navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Her compassionate presence and grounded approach create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and connect more deeply with themselves.

Cora’s work is rooted in trauma-informed care and guided by modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic experiencing, yoga, and EMDR.

By integrating these approaches, she helps clients uncover and release the places where they feel stuck, develop emotional balance, and move toward greater self-understanding.

At Colorado Women’s Center, Cora is passionate about empowering women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, break free from old patterns, and live in alignment with their authentic selves. She believes healing begins when we cultivate a compassionate relationship with our emotions and learn to trust the guidance that comes from within.

Outside of therapy, Cora enjoys practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, doing puzzles, listening to live music, and being with her family.
