Amy, a seasoned therapist with a Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming, brings over a decade of diverse counseling experience to Colorado Women’s Center. She is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to rediscover and embrace their authentic selves, recognizing the challenges that arise from adapting to life’s demands. Amy creates a nurturing space for healing, offering a non-judgmental, supportive, and collaborative environment. Her approach integrates methodologies such as narrative therapy, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic processing, and
brainspotting, ensuring a tailored, self-paced, and cooperative therapeutic experience.
In addition to her work as a therapist, Amy serves as the Director of Clinical Teams for Colorado Women’s Center, overseeing clinical operations across multiple locations. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, supports clinical supervisors and managers, and ensures the delivery of high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and inclusive organizational culture. Amy’s dual focus on clinical practice and leadership allows her to guide both clients and colleagues with insight and compassion.
