How to Maximize Your Insurance and Benefits

Did you know that if you qualify, your insurance might pay 60-80% of your Colorado Women’s Center therapy fees? Read how to “Maximize Your Insurance and Benefits” below.

Colorado Women’s Center is an out-of-network provider which means you have more privacy and more choice. Most of our clients choose to pay out of pocket because they value the personal choice, privacy and quality of therapy provided at Colorado Women’s Center.

Insurance can be complicated, but Colorado Women’s Center can help you every step of the way and may even be able to submit out-of-network claims on your behalf.

Insurance FAQ

Will my insurance company cover my care with Colorado Women’s Center?

If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement once you’ve met your deductible.

Many clients have very high deductibles that may never be met. This means that even if they took the insurance route, they would still be paying out-of-pocket. If this is the case for you, why not choose an out-of-network center with quality care, skillful clinicians and an incredible mission all while maintaining your privacy and freedom of choice?

How much money will I get back?

This is determined by the type of medical care you received, your out-of-network deductible, coinsurance percentage, and individual insurance plan’s allowable amount. Reimbursement rates will vary greatly depending on zip code, insurance provider, and plan.

How long will it take for me to be reimbursed?

Specific timelines vary depending on your insurance company and the complexity of your claim. After you’ve submitted your claim, the best place to get a status update is your insurance company’s Member Service or online insurance portal. The phone numbers for Member Services can be found on the back of your insurance card.
