A Leadership Role With Room to Lead
Most group practices create a clinical manager position by adding supervision responsibilities to an already full caseload. The title changes. The schedule doesn't.
We built this role differently. Clinical Managers at Colorado Women's Center carry 15 sessions per week. That protected schedule is deliberate. It keeps you clinically active while giving you real time to develop your team, own your location's performance, and hire the right people when seats open.
We are also a private pay practice across all five Front Range locations. Your team sees clients without insurance prior authorizations, claim denials, or session limits driven by billing codes.
Good therapists deserve good leadership around them. We built this practice around that.
What Makes This Role Different
Six things that set this position apart from other clinical manager openings in Colorado.
15 Sessions Per Week
You keep a clinical practice and have real time to lead. This isn't a reduced caseload as a perk — it's the structure the role is built on.
Private Pay Only
No insurance billing, prior authorizations, or claim denials for you or your team. Clients pay for quality care and your job is to make sure they get it.
Dashboard Already Built
Our clinical performance dashboard tracks retention, churn, and first-appointment cancellations by therapist. You walk in with real data, not guesswork.
One Location, Full Ownership
You own the culture, the team, and the performance of your location. Decisions aren't made by a committee across the organization.
Director-Level Career Path
A Director role exists above this position. CWC is growing toward additional locations and a larger clinical team.
Peer Manager Network
You collaborate regularly with Clinical Managers at our four other Front Range locations. You are not leading in isolation.

Who We're Looking For
You are a licensed therapist with solid clinical experience who has been doing informal leadership work for a while. You have supervised a practicum student, mentored a junior colleague, or stepped up when a performance problem needed someone to address it.
You have been thinking about what it would look like to actually have authority over a team's quality, not just opinions about it. You want to keep seeing clients. You are comfortable working with data. You can have a hard conversation with a therapist whose retention is slipping without making it personal.
And you believe that a well-led clinical team produces better outcomes for clients, not just a better work environment.
Required
- Active Colorado licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of clinical experience post-licensure
- Demonstrated history of mentorship, supervision, or clinical leadership in any form
- Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and using them in conversations
- Strong communication across both clinical and professional contexts
Preferred
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a group practice or clinical setting
- Experience working in a private pay practice model
- Track record of building or contributing to clinical team culture

5760 W. 120th Ave, Broomfield
This position is based at our Broomfield location, situated in one of the Front Range's fastest-growing communities. Broomfield sits at the crossroads of Denver and Boulder, giving you easy access to a broad, diverse client base and a thriving professional community.
Colorado Women's Center
Colorado Women's Center is a private pay group therapy practice with five locations across the Front Range. We opened to serve women who wanted high-quality, specialized mental health care without the friction of insurance systems, and we have built the operational infrastructure to deliver it at scale.
That infrastructure includes a clinical performance dashboard our managers use in weekly coaching conversations. It includes a hiring process built around identifying leadership potential, not just credentials. And it includes a leadership team that treats investment in managers as the most important work we do.
We are scaling toward additional locations and a larger clinical team. The Broomfield Clinical Manager role is a seat at the table for that growth.
