Position Overview
Clinical Manager Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical supervision
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and procedures according to key performance indicators
- Conduct ongoing performance reviews and intervene when needed
- Attend and facilitate staff and professional development meetings
- Conduct consultations and intake screenings for potential and current clients
- Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients
- Meet with the leadership team
- Assist with new therapist hiring and interviewing
- Provide leadership, management, guidance, and clinical knowledge to the therapists and staff at our Longmont center
- Uphold CWC cultural values at the Longmont location

Requirements
-
- A graduate-level psychological counseling-related degree
- A license that is currently active in the state of Colorado
- PhD or PsyD
- Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT, MFTC)
- Experience in mental health counseling
- Experience in clinical supervision
- Experience in management
- Preferred: Certified Clinical Supervisor
- Preferred: Couples counseling and/or EMDR experience
- Must have at least 2 years of related experience
