Have you been waiting for the right time or opportunity to create the life changes that you know you need? Well, now is the time! The new year is always a great time to get inspired and strive for positive change. Which is exactly why Colorado Women’s Center is offering a group workshop that will help you find the strength and inspiration you need to change your life!
A New Year & A New You! will feature group discussions among empowered women, all striving to live a wholehearted life. The goal is to build courage, embrace vulnerability, and learn how to create a life filled with joy, gratitude, and purpose. We will learn from each other’s experiences—the joy, the challenges, the successes, the mistakes, the recoveries, and the growth—in order to discover the beauty of being human and to acknowledge our worth as women. Included in the course will be large and small group discussions, experiential learning, and creative expression.
We will have themes each week that will help spark creativity, focus, confidence, and expansion! We love bringing women together–there is so much we can learn from one another. And, we especially love when women come together for the desire to grow! So, join us and many other amazing women in the ever-expanding Longmont community as we learn how to embrace our inner lady boss, and become the best versions of ourselves. We can’t wait to see you!
WORKSHOP LEADERS:
The workshop will be led by Kendra Miguez, M.A., and Kathleen Sullivan, M.A.; two therapists in Boulder County who have been leading workshops together through the Colorado Women’s Center and are deeply dedicated to helping women rise!. They have been colleagues and friends for the last 7 years. During this time, they have found inspiration in one another and have developed a deep respect for each other’s strengths, worldview, creativity, humor, and knowledge. They are excited to collaborate and to share with all of you their extensive training in psychology, as well as their passion for women’s empowerment.
