She believes in creating a sacred space for people to come as they are, with all that they are. She has witnessed the transformative practice of including the mind & body in therapeutic work and pulls from different somatic (body based) practices to create a holistic experience for her clients.

In her personal world Sara Cate is a burro enthusiast and you will find her on trail hiking and running with the burros at every opportunity she gets. Her love for the earth and connecting with the natural world keeps her out in the wild as much as possible.
