Kirstie Yocolano is the Operations Manager at the Colorado Women’s Center with experience in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, and Administrative Support. Prior to the Colorado Women’s Center, Kirstie spent four years as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where she honorably served overseas through Africa, Spain and Kuwait.
Kirstie specializes in helping the Colorado Women’s Center with its operational needs. She is the first point of contact for potential clients and assists each of our therapists with scheduling and client outreach.
After a successful career in the United States Marine Corps, Kirstie now empowers other women to achieve the same success. As a female, in such a male-dominate organization, she learned quickly the meaning of “breaking the glass ceiling” and was determined to do just that; to shatter the expectations of what females are capable of.
Through her education in Business from Southern New Hampshire University, coupled with her military training, she found her career in Organizational Leadership. For the past few years, she has been traveling through the Midwest and California, where she had the incredible privilege to live her passion for the mountains. The outdoors have empowered her as an independent female and has ultimately led her to Boulder, Colorado, where she now calls home.
