About KeyOndria
KeyOndria Ross, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and National Certified Counselor, holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University, along with degrees in Experimental Psychology and Psychological Science and Counseling. At Colorado Women’s Center, she employs a trauma-informed, humanistic approach to foster a non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic environment. KeyOndria values the hard work of therapy, ensuring clients feel comfortable as they navigate life’s challenges. Her methodology includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, and Solution-Focused strategies.
She has worked with clients experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, and more. As a former college athlete, she also enjoys working in the sports realm and helping clients who are transitioning out of sports.
With every client, KeyOndria strives to create a safe space and provide a listening ear to help them explore what may be troubling them. She is passionate about helping clients collaboratively navigate their concerns and identify tools to help them succeed, so they will have someone standing with them throughout their individual journey towards healing.
KeyOndria enjoys spending time with her family, loving on her dog, watching movies, reading, traveling, and trying new foods.
