About Kendall
Kendall is a lifelong & fearless champion of women and encourages women as they strive to seek balance in their lives, relationships with self, with their partners, and their families. Kendall understands and appreciates the complexities that come with being a woman from role strain to unrealistic body standards in the media, and how they can impact women’s mental health.
At Colorado Women’s Center Kendall utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Client Centered Therapy. Kendall is passionate about implementing psychoeducation, so her clients can begin to recognize problematic thinking and how that impacts behaviors and thoughts. Kendall has seen and is inspired by the resilience that women encompass through both a personal and professional lens and is constantly inspired by women like you.
Kendall with clients of all ages across a spectrum of needs including those experiencing disordered eating, substance use, perinatal anxiety and mood disorders, as well as body image struggles, gender identity exploration, and trauma.
In her free time, Kendall enjoys spending time with her family and two rescue dogs, practicing yoga, laughing, and reading. Kendall received a Bachelor of Social Work from Colorado State University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver.
