JULIE HOLBURN Holburn, MA, LPCC, NCC
Therapist & Counselor
Julie holds a master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. Her approach to therapy includes client centered, holistic, trauma-informed, body-based somatic therapy and EMDR.
At Colorado Women’s Center, Julie’s number one goal is to support women and help them experience a sense of safety and stability. She teaches mechanisms and ways of managing overwhelming feelings and emotions. She has dedicated her life to helping people find hope and to experience healthy relationships with friends, family and self. She helps her Colorado Women’s Center clients find balance and a sense of calm in life by looking inward to find resources.
Julie became a therapist because she knows what it’s like to suffer and she has experienced how life changing therapy can be. Julie has always been passionate about helping others find hope and healing in their own lives. Julie is committed to helping women find their inner strength and beauty and live life to the fullest. Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, cooking, doing yoga, traveling and spending time outside taking care of her succulents.
In her free time Alice enjoys spending time with loved ones, gardening, biking, foraging, making herbal medicine and body-care products, body-based contemplative practice, and enjoying live music and dancing.
