JUDITH SUTTER, MA, LPC
Therapist & Counselor
Judith has a rich background in the field of Psychology. Her expertise includes knowledge of Somatic, EMDR, Gestalt, DBT, and Transpersonal therapies. She holds a master’s degree from Naropa University and has worked as a licensed therapist for over 15 years.
At the Colorado Women’s Center, developing a strong therapeutic connection is a priority for Judith when working with women of all ages. Through her maturity and own personal work, she understands the nature of female wounds. Judith brings to her clients at Colorado Women’s Center a genuine warmth and caring and has the ability to acknowledge and support her clients through difficult periods of time. She believes that healing occurs from the authenticity between therapist and client and that “all is workable.” When client and therapist commit to honesty and the vulnerability that allows for it, growth and positive change occurs.
Judith is aware that every person has their own unique timing in respect to personal insights and growth. She is honored to witness and assist women through all of life’s challenges.
Judith is a mother and she enjoys gardening, yoga and Pilates. She can often be found taking long walks with her dog Bella, listening to her husband play music and, most importantly, sharing deep conversations and laughter with her girlfriends.
