ERIN KUDAL
Office Manager
Upon completion of her Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Colorado, Erin spent a number of years in the event planning industry. Having gained a sense of clarity and direction through life experiences, Erin shifted her career path to the helping profession, where she can support the individuals with whom she interacts.
She began as a therapeutic milieu support staff at an extended care treatment facility for women experiencing addiction, trauma and mental health issues. She also took on a marketing and outreach role, beginning to foster meaningful relationships within the community.
Erin then moved on to become the Admissions and Marketing Specialist at a therapeutic transition program for emerging adults who were struggling to move forward. Her role allowed her to educate and guide families by cultivating a trusting and supportive space for them to discuss their challenges, actively listening to concerns and being able to knowledgeably address questions.
Upon the unfortunate closing of the young adult program, Erin became the Intake and Family Coordinator for a Therapeutic and Educational Consulting Agency. She delighted in working with families and was dedicated to walking along side them as they determined the best path for their child.
Grateful join the team at the Colorado Women’s Center, Erin is beyond excited to be able to support a mission that is committed to empowering women and encouraging them to be their best selves.
In her free time, Erin loves reading and building her library, personal and professional development, yoga, laughing, and spending time with family, friends and her furry kiddos Tony, Bonnie and Ma. As a Colorado native, she can also be found traversing mountain trails, camping as much as she can, and going on motorcycle rides.
