Caitlin provides psychotherapy and art therapy for teens, adults, and seniors at Colorado Women’s Center. She takes a person-centered, holistic, and mindfulness-based approach, emphasizing expressive therapy modalities. Caitlin believes in a collaborative therapy experience built on trust and respect. Caitlin uses talk therapy methods, including psychoeducation and skill-building, along with creative expression. She incorporates trauma-focused approaches, DBT, and CBT to help clients develop healthier coping mechanisms and address unconscious patterns.
Caitlin integrates art materials to enhance communication and support clients with trauma, stress management, communication issues, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and self-esteem. Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys pursuing art, exploring Colorado with her dog, and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, or rock climbing. She also enjoys attending local markets, caring for plants, and enjoying live music.
