Vasudha specializes in trauma informed counseling that is rooted in social justice and intersectionality.
At Colorado Women’s Center, Vasudha whole-heartedly believes that psychotherapy can be both life changing and a route to healing. Her beliefs in counseling stems from the understanding that each individual has the innate capacity to find peace and healing during difficult times. Her role is to collaborate with clients and be present on their journey. Vasudha fosters a therapeutic space that is non-judgmental, authentic and an incubator for creative thought.
When she is not in the office, you can find Vasudha hanging out with her dog and her husband, cooking, finding yummy restaurants, and exploring the world.
