- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to learn and manage our client management software
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and confident verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Preferred:
- Two years customer service, phone sales, healthcare intake experience and/or Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience in Sales and/or the Mental Health field
